Standard operating procedure for document upload through Customer Portal in case of online purchase of PLI/RPLI Policy
A link will be sent to customer through email for document upload, customer can also upload the relevant documents through Document upload menu in the drop down of purchase a policy Customer Portal
To download the documents uploaded by customers, CPCs needs to install WinSCP of Filezilla software so as to access the common SFTP Path 172.18.68.101 with Port Number 22
Folders will be created at SFTP on the basis of Pincode entered by customer in the Customer Portal
Uploaded documents by customer will be available at SFTP for 30 days only
Credentials to login into SFTP will be communicated to Circle SPOCs separately.
